Will my clients know I'm using a tool?
Emails come from your business name and replies go straight to you. Free plan emails include a small “Sent with Paysoon” line in the footer. Pro removes it completely.
What if my client already paid?
Every email links to a simple invoice page with an “I've already paid” button. One click pauses the reminders and emails you to confirm. Mark the invoice paid and you're done.
Do you process payments or hold my money?
No. Clients pay you directly using your own payment link (Stripe, PayPal, Wise, Square…) or bank details. Paysoon never touches your money.
Do I need to create my invoices in Paysoon?
No. Keep using whatever you use today. Just add the invoice number, amount, due date and how to pay, and Paysoon handles the follow-up.
Can I stop or change the reminders?
Anytime. Pause, edit, change the cadence or mark as paid with one click. Reminders never go out on weekends.
Can I cancel Pro?
